23/12 Mobilhome day 3 - Orange - Canowinda - Cowra - Boorowa - Yass (225 kms)


24/12 Mobilhome day 4 - Yass - Albury/Wodenga ( 290 kms)

Yass and Wodenga are twin cities divided by the Murray river which defines the the former as part of New South Wales and the later as part of Victoria. (Regioal Art Centre and RegionalMuseum in Albury).


25/12 Mobilhome day 5 - Albury/Wodenga - Echua (202 kms )

Travel west on the Riverina Highway following the Murray River to Echua Moama. The road passes through someof the country's richest farming land and historic towns, including Corowa and Cobram. An alternative route can be taken along the Murray Valley Highway for those keen to pass through the Rutherglen wine district. An opportunity to explore Echua Moama and the rich history it offers. Begin with Port Echua (link 1, link 2) and the historic wharf.

The region also offers you the opportunity to take a tour on a paddle steamer.

This is the Great Ocean Road (Port Campbell NP - overview or detailed information via the Park Website, select via the drop down menu). Probably one of the best part of the Australia coast (London Bridge, Twelve Apostles, ...).
Will be probably very busy at this period of the year.

General description

!!! At this period of the year, with the summer school holiday, it is recommended to book in advance if you wan to say at Tidal River camping ground. It seems there is no power sites there. This is not an issue for one day !!!
