To accommodate your way of travelling and requirements, Greyhound offers three different types of 'Pass':
The Aussie Explorer Pass, the Aussie Kilometre Pass and the Aussie Day Pass.
With an Aussie Explorer Pass, you chose a pre-set travel route and you can stop off as often as you like,
travelling in one direction discovering more of Australia on your way. Some of the passes include some free transfers to destinations
like Kakadu National Park and Ayers Rock, … Backtracking is allowed for passes bought at the full rate.
With an Aussie Kilometre Pass, you choose your own itinerary, backtrack or stop as often as you like.
You simply purchase your travel in kilometres - from 500 to 20,000 - and you can
travel in any direction on the national network to the distance purchased.
Members received 15% extra kilometers for the same cost !
With an Aussie Day Pass, Flexi and Fixed Day Passes allow unlimited kilometres of travel for 10, 15 or 21 days
throughout Australia.
Flexi Passes are valid for 60 days, you can travel your total number of days whenever you like within 60 days.
Fixed Passes are valid for the number of days purchased, over consecutive days travel. Fixed and Flexi Passes do not have a kilometre restriction and you have 12 months from the date of purchase to begin travel.
Mix'n'Match with Indian Pacific Train across the Nullarbor for the sectors Perth > Kalgoorlie >
Adelaide and return, passengers can exhange their Aussie Pass (Kilometer or Explorer) on these sectors for a "Red Kangaroo
Service Day/Night Seat" on the Indian Pacific Train. Bookings essential and cannot be changed once
confirmed
