TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. Rates and Conditions quoted in our brochures and/or
documentation are subject to change without notice.
Please note:
Rental basis: per calendar day (campervans)
Rental basis: 24 hr (4WD rental car)
Rates and Britz Bonus Pack are in Australian dollars
Rates and Inclusive component are subject to change without notice
Minimum rental period 5 days, 7 days for one-way rentals (campervans)
Minimum rental period 3 days, 7 days for one-way rentals (4WD rental cars)
with the exception of hires between 15 December 2006 and 5 January 2007, and rentals from Sydney between
3 October and 9 October 2006, which require a minimum of 7 days.
Minimum rental periods are subject to change during peak periods.
All Britz Campervan Terms & Conditions 2005/06 will apply

BRITZ BONUS PACK
Campervan
The Britz Bonus Pack for campervan rentals is payable (per day) in addition to the
daily rental rate.
Rates are:
2WD AUD55 per day (maximum AUD2,750 per rental)
4WD AUD68 per day (maximum AUD3,400 per rental)
Inclusions are:
Excess Reduction Option 2
2% Stamp Duty and Administration Fee
Extra Drivers fees
1 x Personal Kit per person ( including 1 x towel, 1 x pillow, 1 x pillowcase, 1 x sleepig bar, 1 x bed sheet, 1 x tea towel)
PCO (Premium Cover option)
Picnic Table and Chairs (per person travelling)
Child/Booster seat
Pre-purchase Gas (PGO)
4WD Outback Safety Kit (included in 4WD rentals only)
4WD Rental Cars
The Britz Bonus Pack of AUD53 (maximum AUD2,650) for 4WD rental cars is payable (per day)
in addition to the daily rental rate.
Inclusions are:

PCO (Premium Cover Option)
2.5% Stamp Duty and Administration Fee

INSURANCE COVERAGE AND EXCESS REDUCTION OPTIONS
Every rental is automatically insured for damage to the vehicle and to the property of a Third Party,
with an Excess and Bond of $5,000 for Motorhomes & 4WD's and $2,000 for Rental Cars,
which applies to each or any incident and not for the entire length of rental.
This bond will be refunded at time of check-in, provided the vehicle is returned undamaged.
However for greater security and peace of mind, Britz has developed the Britz Bonus Pack which includes the ER2
(Excess Reduction 2) and Premium Cover (PCO). This option waives hirer's vehicle excess liability and bond to
nil (see Britz Bonus Pack details on this page).
Remark: Overhead and under body damage are normally not covered. It could be included in coverage
by paying an extra of AUD50 (2WD) or AUD80 (4WD) for customers that have subscribed to the Britz Bonus Pack.
This option can be added at the pick-up time.

Driver’s Licence and Minimum Age
A valid, non-provisional, state or overseas driver’s licence is required.
If the driver’s licence is not in the English language (eg German, French, Chinese etc) then an
international driver’s licence is also required. The driver’s licence must have been held for
at least two years and be valid for the whole length of the rental. The original driver’s
licence must be shown at time of pick-up when the driver is present.
The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 21 years and the maximum age is 75 years.

There is no credit for unused gas.
